Two new submission tracks are open:

  • Late-breaking Abstracts:
    The Late-breaking abstracts category allows the submission of recent unpublished work in any of the conference topics, for which results might not have been available by the original submission deadline.
  • Thesis in Three (for students)
    All student participants in the conference are encouraged to participate in the Thesis-in-Three activity, where you have to present your thesis in a short amount of time.

Submission for each of these tracks will be open until June 16th, 2019.

2019 European Conference on Computing in Construction

We cordially invite you to the 2019 European Conference of Computing in Construction (2019 EC³). The 2019 EC³ conference will take place in Chania, Crete, Greece, on July 10-12, 2019. EC³ is the premier European Conference for information, communication and technological research, innovation and policy for the Construction Sector as a whole in Europe. It is the biennial meeting organised by the European Council for Computing in Construction, with the purpose of bringing together researchers, practitioners and construction industry professionals from around Europe to meet and share information about the latest developments in all aspects related to computing in construction. The EC³ conference aspires to establish an active dialogue on the challenges in the field of Computing in Construction and provide a forum to present the latest advances in research and professional practice on this domain.


We welcome participants from academia and industry with interests in learning about the latest advancements in the area of Computing in the Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Facilities Management (AEC/FM) industry.

Conference Location

The 2019 EC³ will take place in Platanias at the Minoa Palace Resort, 12km west of the city of Chania and the Old Venetian Harbour.
