A block of rooms has been pre-reserved with special rates for the conference attendees. The discounted conference rates per room, per night, are:

Executive Sea View Room Single-use (including American Buffet Breakfast) 115 Euros
Executive Sea View Room Double use (including American Buffet Breakfast) 130 Euros

The following applies to all guest room bookings:

  • 24 hrs Room Service at extra charge
  • Free wifi in all rooms
  • Coffee and tea facilities are provided in the room there is an extra charge for the use of the coffee
  • Mini Bar at extra charge
  • Safe deposit box free of charge

The aforementioned rates are per room, per night including VAT and American buffet breakfast. All registered room occupants may avail of American buffet breakfast.

The above rates will be valid 3 days before and 3 days after the Event.

The overnight tax of Euros 4 per room, per night, has to be settled upon check out.
