Sponsorship for the EC³ Conference offers a unique opportunity to engage with an international audience of 250+ professionals spanning academia and industry. Sponsors gain valuable exposure through conference attendance, dedicated exhibition materials in high-traffic areas, online advertisements, and opportunities to showcase their products via engagement workshops and spotlight presentations during plenary sessions. 

While the event is academic at its core, industry participation and engagement are welcome and highly encouraged, particularly aiming to foster connections between academia and industry through industry partnerships, short industry presentations, and networking events.

Conference Sponsorship

We have a range of sponsorship packages available that include:

• Free registration and attendance: all sponsor packages come with a predefined number of registration tickets, depending on the size of the chosen sponsor package. The same applies to the conference gala dinner and reception.
• Marketplace stand: At the conference venue, there is an exhibition area adjacent to the conference rooms where sponsors can place a stand or other advertisement materials (e.g., roll-ups) throughout the duration of the conference.
• Advertisement: online marketing and advertising is enabled by default and varies in size depending on the package.
• Product engagement workshops and spotlight presentations: We offer the option to organise product engagement workshops in parallel tracks and give spotlight presentations during the conference opening plenary session.
