Abstract: Today demolition projects face various challenges: Health and safety regulations, environmental impacts and tight construction schedules in addition to the involvement of many stakeholders with different backgrounds and professions. Furthermore, there is a vast amount of project data available in different data forms. By combining the available BIM data, with other project data and a Lean schedule, this paper presents a method for visualizing and simulating the project at an early project stage before nomination of the general contractor, with little additional effort for the client.
