AI Insights: Unveiling UK Energy Consumption with Langchain Powered Chatbots

Abstract: This paper the development of EnergyChat, a chatbot that legerages Langchain and Natural Language Processing (NLP) to optimize energy consumption in the UK through conversational interactions. The proposed solution features an accessible web interface where users can query the chatbot via text and receive feedback through text and speech. It continuously expands its knowledge by ingesting live UK energy data. The chatbot leverages a pretrained ChatGPT model to provide tailored responses to users’ queries. Testing confirms high accuracy in classifying intents and providing relevant responses, indicating proficient language understanding.
