Abstract: A Digital Building LogBook/Passport(DBL/DBP) is a repository for static ”as built” and dynamic ”Key Performance elements (KPIs)” throughout the life cycle of the buildings. Building Passport(BP) contributes to collecting statistical data on materials and environmental performance, tracking carbon emissions in building construction, and reducing greenhouse gas emissions towards Net-Zero carbon. There are numerous initiatives relating to this topic, from countries including Italy, Portugal, and Spain. However, each initiative uses different approaches. This ongoing research seeks to compare and identify the similarities/differences elements of current recommended DBL/DBP models to provide a comprehensive model for storing and managing building information
Keywords: Digital Building LogBook, Digital Building Passport, net zero, Semantic mapping
