Abstract: This paper focuses on a systematic analysis of the specifications and requirements of real-time control systems adapted to emergency management. Furthermore, the presented work use developed system modelling language (SysML) diagram notations. The system is made of evacuation, compartments, and fire detection to enable a framework inside which can be integrated with real-time management tools. The system can be integrated with BIM. Therefore, a future vision is predicted and proposed for the current research field. The opportunities concerning the integration between simulation environments for requirements verification over the cycle are concluded.
